  • JOB PURPOSE

    Main Job objectives will consist of

    • Responding and resolving customer initiated queries and complaints through email channel
      • Achieve daily email target (productivity)
      • Achieve and maintain email quality standards (quality)
      • Adhere to shop floor discipline
      • Follow the instructions given by superiors
      • Any additional Activity as and when required
    • Ensure your response to the customer does not leave to any financial impact to the organization.
    • Improve customer experience which leads to increase in transactions
    • Operations: - Pro-actively follow-up with the operation’s unit for resolution
